Foundations For Impact - Graduate Programme

Deepen your grounding, reconnect with the One Thought community, and expand your journey with us.

The programme

Deepen your grounding, reconnect with One Thought, and continue your journey with us.

This programme is designed for you if:

  • You are a graduate of the Foundations For Impact Programme or the One Thought Institute.
  • You really enjoyed learning with us the first time around and feel drawn to go deeper with your understanding.

The Graduate Programme offers you the opportunity to return to the experience you had during your original training—but at a different level. offering.

Our why

After running our first Graduate Programme in 2025 we saw just how powerful it was for graduates to join the programme a second time. The feedback from the students is that the second time around it has felt lighter, deeper, and—unexpectedly—more impactful. This input made it clear: this needed to become a new offering.

What happens during the programme

The second time around, something further shifts. Without the pressure of trying to “get it,” you’re able to simply listen, absorb, and notice what stands out. And from that space, a deeper level of insight and understanding naturally unfolds. With depth comes simplicity.

What we love about this programme

There’s something magical about revisiting the principles in this way: it feels simpler, clearer, and often surprisingly moving. When you join you’ll be part of a private graduate group that brings a wonderful depth and presence to the overall experience—something that benefits not only you, but the entire group. We just love the feeling the graduates bring to this programme.

I came back curious. Years had passed, life had changed, and I wondered what the programme might offer me now. I arrived without pressure — not trying to understand, not trying to get it. Just open. What I found was a reset I hadn't realised I needed. A reminder that my capacity for well-being was always there, regardless of what was happening around me. The graduate sessions felt like sitting around a fire with people I trusted. The conversations felt nourishing. And slowly, quietly, something settled in me that I carried back into my daily life.
Alexis
I came back not entirely sure why — just that something was pulling me back. It wasn't until I returned that I realised how much I'd sped up. Life had moved fast, and quietly, without my noticing, I'd drifted from the clarity I'd found the first time around. This time, I didn't feel any pressure to contribute or perform. I could simply sit and listen. And in that listening, the programme became something I hadn't expected — an anchor. A place that kept bringing me back to myself.
Claire
I'd heard some of the speakers before. I remembered being impressed the first time — struck by their clarity and expertise. This time, something was different. I wasn't trying to absorb or evaluate. I was just listening. And in that quieter listening, something shifted. The speakers didn't seem like experts delivering wisdom — they seemed like people genuinely exploring something they loved. That intimacy surprised me. It made the whole experience feel more human, more alive, and more meaningful than I'd expected.
